Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping Costs are non Refundable. 

Please note that we are a small business providing quality products from around the world and although we do try to have most items on hand sometimes these items do have to be ordered in. We always note on the website if this MAY be the case so if you are in a rush for an item that is listed to say that we may need to order it in please do contact us first so we can let you know on a time frame. Where possible we do like to notify you if this isn't in stock but sometimes we may not so please be aware. If the item needs to be ordered in it will usually take between 1-2 weeks to arrived to us and then we will always post off express as soon as it arrives in to us. 

Where possible all in stock items are sent the same day EXPRESS post but please note as we live rural this may still take a couple of extra days to get to you.
