Saddle Pad Care:
Gentle Cycle, cold water in a front loader is preferable to keep your saddle pad in premium condition. Please always make sure that all velcro tabs are done up fully to avoid any pulls or catches in the material.
For regular use saddle pads we recommend hosing off after use and drying in the shade.
We recommend hosing off immediately after work, its always the quickest and easiest way!
TREAT YOUR PATENT OUTER WITH CARE!
A quick brush using cool soapy water will assist with removing excess soiling.
We do NOT recommend machine washing as this may shorten the life of your boots (especially boots with rhinestones). BUT if you must, place in a washing bag, in cool water on the delicate cycle. Make sure all your velcro straps are done up.
For the boots with fabric outer a quick spray with a scotchguard BEFORE use and periodically through their life will aid in the cleaning and longevity of these boots.

The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site to place an order with me, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. I reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Gift vouchers are available for those unsure of what to get loved ones.
Zebrula Equestrian gift cards are available for the amount of your choice.

These are to be treated as cash as lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item/s for a full refund (minus the shipping costs to you or back to Zebrula Equestrian), as long as all goods are in original condition with all tags and packaging still attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to you via payment method you used for purchase.
PLEASE NOTE- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SALE ITEMS.
If you item is a BESPOKE item their will be NO RUFUND given if you decide to change your mind, the order wasn't exactly what you wanted (unless of course their is an error to your order), so please make sure to double check all requirements before we go ahead with your BESPOKE order. All bespoke orders MUST be paid in full PRIOR to your order being produced.

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
All orders are packed and posted as soon as possible and are posted via standard or express post with Australia Post. (please note we do live rural WA so sometimes even though we send items express they make take an extra day to arrive to you).
We do NOT accept liability for goods damaged in transit, lost items or delivery to wrong addresses. Please ensure correct delivery address is listed and that items delivered are able to be left in a secure place.
At this time international shipping is NOT available but we are hoping it will be in the near future.
I cannot always guarantee product availability, I reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. At my discretion I may subsitute products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order and refund your payment. I will contact you prior to substitution if that is necessary.
We do always try to note on the website if an item may have to be ordered in prior to your dispatch so if you see this note on an item you are wanting to order and are in a rush for the item please contact us PRIOR so that we can try to give you an accurate time of dispatch to you.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, I shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been processed order will be cancelled and the full refund given back to you via same payment method that you paid with. If you would still like the item at the correct price of course we can then go ahead and process the item for you.
